Does anyone know of an adjustable sharpening platform with preset angles? Similar to the one Robo Hippy used to sell? Im wanting one that will fit in my Wolverine sharpening jig.

I would encourage you to find a used 'Robo Hippy' sharpening platform.  He no longer makes them but they come up in the used forums regularly.  A very simple design and with pre-drilled holes for exact repeatability.  He made them in two styles...one that mounted directly to whatever you grinder was mounted to and a second made for the Wolverine base (what I use).  It's literally idiot proof for going back and forth between angles.  I simply write the angle on the collet of a particular tool and bam, all set.
