1 - Then locate your image by clicking on browse

2 - Scroll down to "Fit to screen 800 resolution

3 - Input 74 for Max File Size

4 - Click on "I'm Done - Resize My Picture

5 - Save your resized image to your computer

The result is a 68k file from a 2.7meg file
