that is correct.  15'x30' on the other side.  floor is sloped as it was a dairy barn.  that is why I choose the other side.  5 yards of concrete vs 14 yards on the other to level the floor.  also worked out as i needed the roll up door for my mower.  that is where all my lumber and wood storage will be.  also putting the DC, Compressor, Planer and Jointer in that side as well.  Really only care about the lathe!!!!  i will ad pictures as i get the other side set up.  I will also post pictures of my rolling tool cart/ center work bench.
