It's done. Now I just need to figure out how to heat the plexiglass and get it around the form.

I suspect you're looking for a vacuum form machine. This is normally high heat (as in flame), Plastic sheet held around the edges and vacuum. Generally you would drill several holes in the form to allow vacuum to be pulled. Look at a plastic seat of a chair.

Went back and read size. 14 x 32 with 2 halves bolted together. Cut your mold just off center. The center line wants to be the edge of the cut. lay the mold on a "table" or platen in the vacuum machine. heat plastic and draw the 2 halves.

Ok, I guess I'll start building a vacuum form machine.

Good news, since the ends don't have to be covered I can use drape forming which is a lot simpler. All you do is heat the lexan to 250 degrees for several hours to get the moisture out, then heat to 375 then drop it over the mould. I tried with a 6x6 piece and it works really well. I just need to finish making an extension for my oven so the bigger piece will fit.
