Very old Craftsman table saw question
Sep 4th, 2023 at 7:10am

I just got an all-cast iron Craftsman table saw model 101 02102 and cannot find any information about how old it might be. The oldest one I can find is a 101 02141 from 1938.

Can anybody help me date this gem?

I had already looked at both of these sites and unfortunately, the vintage machinery link if for a newer model number and the topchooser link doesn't offer any help.

Thank you for trying though.

With the prefix 101, your saw was made by Atlas.
Is this a floor model or a table top asw?
Is it 8" or 10"?
More info would help narrow things down.

This is a tabletop 10" saw.  The motor tag is corroded enough that I can't tell the hp.

The body, table center, front extension, both wings, and the fence are all cast iron.  I suspect this thing weighs between 200 and 300 pounds.
