I've notice a few people are using some large avatars that are coming from places like Photobucket. Because of the delay caused from retrieving images from these sites I see pages jump when the image is finally loaded. This makes reading uncomfortable for other members.

Just a reminder, avatars can be up to 75K. Bigger than that, and if they are causing a problem, they may be deleted without notice.
