Oriental Bittersweet Vine

Has anyone turned Oriental bittersweet vine?  I've seen pictures of it turned but I can't seem to find any information on its toxicity or other properties.  A friend of mine at work as some he wants to get rid of and he's sending it my way.

We used to have it at our old house, but it wasn't big enough to turn.  Must be some pretty old vines.

Well, if  you turn a really beautiful piece out of it, but suffer an allergic reaction, that truly will be bittersweet.

With a lack of feedback, one could wear long sleeves, quality dust mask, coat your hands with a layer of dried hand soap (we did this in 7th grade during dissections to keep the smell of formaldehyde off our hands), . . . just in case.
