The threat of a Dr's visit seems to have done the trick. I feel so much better. Still have lots of sinus and lung gunk, but I don't feel like I might as well die. Great! Seems to have taken quite a while to get there. So, I assume the stem survived? Took some hunting to find that tube. But I thought that if I could get the tube around it then there would be less of a chance for it to be bent or twisted.
