Has anyone bought a drum sander recently, in the last year?

I currently have a Jet 16/32, which is starting to fail piece by piece. I replaced the bearings last summer but now my "smartsand" controller board fried. Well I'm not going to put $350 into a 13 year old tool.
I'll be wiring in a speed controller for about $25 (no smartsand) to keep it usable for a while but it's not a long term solution.
Any insight or reviews would be appreciated, Thanks

I bought the Supermax 16-32 back in the Summer.  So far, it's worked very well.  It's very similar to the Jet 16-32.  I think the same people designed them both.  The Supermax is about $100 more than the Jet and has a few minor improvements.  The height quick adjust handle on the Supermax 16-32 is very handy.  I recently received an ad from Acme tool that the Supermax is 10% off and includes the infeed and outfeed tables for free.

I find myself being disappointed before I even buy one.
Looking at the likely candidates, here's my initial findings
What should be included is extra.
What's considered a feature is up for debate. (things a tool should already have)
They really haven't changed (improved) much in the last dozen years.
A few new features are nice but they do come at a price.
